SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
We're happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders! For additional delivery methods, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Standard Shipping (no minimum!)
5-7 business days
We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses.
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If your order requires additional information to fully process, we contact you through email.
If you are not fully satisfied with your items, no worries! Unworn, unwashed full-price merchandise is accepted for return within 21 days from the date you received your package for a flat rate shipping fee of $7.00 USD, which will be deducted from the refund amount. You may also print out your own label if the shipping fee is under $7.00 USD by going to USPS.com.
Once we have received the item(s), we will credit your original form of payment.
Final sale items will not be accepted for return (see below).
Items returned past 21 days from receiving the package will not be accepted.
HOW TO RETURN
- Fill our a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM found here.
- Once we have authorized your return, we will send you a return label.
- Print your label and pack up your items.
- Drop off your return at any USPS facility, with your postal carrier, or schedule a pickup at www.usps.com.
Once your return has been processed, we’ll send you a Return Notification email. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to your original form of payment once processed.
DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCTS
Shipping is covered for damaged or incorrectly shipped items. Damaged goods must be reported within 2 days of receipt to email@example.com to be accepted. A full refund will be issued when we receive the item.
We will send you a pre-paid return label once your return has been authorized. Please attach onto the outside of your package.
If a replacement or the correct item is not available for exchange, you will receive a full refund back to your original form of payment used to make your purchase online. If the item is available, we will gladly make an exchange in the correct style and size with free shipping.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the shipping address provided to us is incorrect. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages that are shown as delivered. We are more than happy to work with you to replace the packages after we receive a copy of the filed police report.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
All sale items, jewelry, shoes, socks, bodysuits, intimates, hats, hair items, swimwear, belts, scarves, and miscellaneous accessories are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any regular priced items bought with a discount from a promotional code can be returned.
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com. Orders that have already been processed and sent out cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return.
